Fundraising Synopsis

Building upon the success of its inaugural fund, SmartGate is raising $15M for its second fund SmartGate Seed Fund II LP, a US-incorporated partnership with a base in Glendale, California, to continue backing the most promising founders, their team and their creations. The fund had its first close at $4 million in capital commitments and has already made three portfolio investments; the managers are actively marketing the fund to new investors to reach its target by end of 2024.
