Clovis is an IT consulting company focused exclusively on Microsoft applications. The Company services Microsoft-base clients across three major areas - Sharepoint, Azure Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics, helping them manage, maintain and build on top of these application in order to maximize the benefits that they are built to offer. Based in Paris, France, Clovis works with clients in widespread geographies, namely Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Company is founded by Emilio Chahine, a young entrepreneur with a stellar career history in IT systems management, notably the leading banking software company Murex.

Fundraising Synopsis

Currently Clovis is in its inception stage, working closely with Precision Strategique who is leading the building of the company’s foundational base, go to market strategy and brand image. Additionally, PS will take on the permanent role as Clovis’ CFO overseeing the company’s growth and expansion. The Company will raise only a limited amount of capital in 2025 in order to support its establishment expenses and finance payroll for personnel.
